Who owns the website and the domain?
The domain is registered in your name from day one. After 24 months on a plan, the website itself is yours too. If you cancel earlier, the site goes offline when the plan ends, and you keep your domain, your texts and your images.
What happens if I cancel?
After the 6-month minimum you can cancel monthly. Your site stays online until the end of the paid month. You keep your domain and all your content.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting, SSL certificate, domain, backups, security updates and small changes are all part of the monthly price. There is nothing extra to buy.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The setup fee is 0 €. You pay the first month and we start.
How long until my site is live?
Usually about 2 weeks after the kickoff call, once I have your content. You see a first design before anything goes live.
Do you speak German?
I speak French and English fluently, and my German is at a basic level and improving every day. Your website can of course be in German. We talk in English or French.
