Neck
- What we often see
- A stiff neck after long hours at a screen, headaches that start at the back of the head, pain when you look over your shoulder.
- What usually helps
- Manual therapy to free the joints, gentle mobility work, and two or three exercises you can do at your desk.
- A usual start
- Often six sessions of 20 to 25 minutes, once or twice a week.
Shoulder
- What we often see
- Pain when you lift your arm or reach behind you, a shoulder that wakes you at night, stiffness after a fall or an operation.
- What usually helps
- Physiotherapy and manual therapy, then strength work for the small muscles that keep the shoulder in place.
- A usual start
- Often six to ten sessions of 20 minutes, twice a week.
Back
- What we often see
- Lower back pain after a day of sitting, a back that locks when you bend, pain that runs down into the leg.
- What usually helps
- First we find what moves badly; then manual therapy and a short daily programme. Later, our back training group of six at most.
- A usual start
- Often six sessions of 20 to 25 minutes, then the group if you like.
Hip
- What we often see
- Pain in the groin or on the side of the hip, stiffness when you get up, a hip before or after a joint replacement.
- What usually helps
- Mobility and strength for the hip and the trunk; after an operation, a step-by-step plan from crutches to stairs.
- A usual start
- Often six to ten sessions of 20 minutes.
Knee
- What we often see
- Pain on stairs or after running, a knee that swells, a knee twisted in sport, the weeks after an operation.
- What usually helps
- Sports physiotherapy and manual therapy, then strength and balance work you can carry on at home.
- A usual start
- Often six sessions of 20 minutes; 45 minutes if you want to get back to sport.
Ankle & foot
- What we often see
- A sprained ankle that still feels unsteady, pain under the heel in the morning, an Achilles tendon that complains on runs.
- What usually helps
- Balance and strength for the foot and calf, manual therapy for stiff joints, a plan back to walking or running.
- A usual start
- Often six sessions of 20 minutes.
Several places, or not sure
- What we often see
- Pain that moves around, pain in more than one joint, or simply not knowing where it starts.
- What usually helps
- That is what the first assessment is for: we look at how you move as a whole and find where to begin.
- A usual start
- Start with one first visit; we plan the rest together.
How are you insured?
It decides who pays and what you bring along. Choose one; you can change it at any time.
Choose one, and we explain what it means for you.
With statutory insurance
Your insurer pays for physiotherapy your doctor prescribes. We bill them directly; you pay only the legal co-payment, and we tell you the amount before your first session.
With private insurance
You get our invoice after the series and send it to your insurer. How much they refund depends on your contract; our prices are below.
As a self-payer
No prescription, no paperwork: you pay per session, by card or on invoice.
Prices for private patients and self-payers
- Physiotherapy20 min€34
- Manual therapy25 min€42
- Sports physiotherapy45 min€68
- Lymphatic drainage45 min€52

Do you have a prescription?
A prescription for physiotherapy comes from your family doctor or a specialist. It says what we treat and how many sessions.
Choose an answer: we tell you in plain words what happens next.
Good
Bring it to your first visit, with any scans or reports. We check the details on it for you; there is nothing you need to sort out.
No problem
You can still come. Ask your doctor for a prescription for physiotherapy, or start as a self-payer.
Let’s look together
Look for a form from your doctor that names physiotherapy, manual therapy or lymphatic drainage. Still not sure? Request your first visit anyway and bring what you have: we sort it out together.
Statutory insurance without a prescription: your insurer pays only with one. Until you have it, you can start as a self-payer.
As a self-payer you do not need a prescription at all.
Your first 45 minutes
No rush and no surprises: this is how your first visit goes.
- 0–10 min
Talk
What happened, what hurts, and what you want to be able to do again.
- 10–25 min
Look and test
How you stand and move, your strength, the joints around the painful spot. You stay in comfortable clothes.
- 25–40 min
First treatment
Hands-on work and one or two first exercises, so you leave with something that helps.
- 40–45 min
Your plan
How often we see you, for how long, and what you can do at home in between.
You keep the same therapist for the whole series.
What to bring
- Your prescription, if you have one
- Scans or reports from your doctor
- Comfortable clothes and a large towel
For your neck: a top with a wide collar, or a vest top.
For your shoulder: a vest top, so we can see how it moves.
For your back: a T-shirt and loose trousers.
For your hip: shorts or loose trousers.
For your knee: shorts, so we can see both knees.
For your ankle and foot: shorts, and the shoes you walk or run in most.

Request your first visit
Tell us when you could come. We call you back to agree on a time; nothing is booked until we have spoken.
