Salz & GlutDemo
Rendered image of the wood fire in the evening: embers glowing under the steel grate, flames rising off the logs behind it, a soot-dark brick wall falling into black.

Salz & GlutKitchen over open fire Musterstadt

One fire, one short menu.

We cook everything over beech and oak: vegetables from two farms outside town, fish from the coast, meat from animals we know by their farm.

Rendered image of a glass of red wine on a dark table, a candle burning soft and out of focus behind it.

The menu changes every week with what arrives. Plates come to the table when they are ready, to share or not.
